摘要
针对冬季浇筑的碾压混凝土坝垫层、坝踵及坝体表面开裂问题,以官地碾压混凝土重力坝为例,采用三维有限元法仿真计算了非稳定温度场和应力场,并分析了开裂机理,提出了防裂措施。结果表明,适当的表面保温和通冷却水能有效防止裂缝的产生,为工程中确定合理的温控防裂措施提供了参考依据。
Taking Guandi Project for an example,three-dimensional FEM is used to simulate unstable temperature and stress field for solving cracking problem of bedding cushion,dam heel and surface of RCC dam constructed in cold period.The cracking mechanism is analyzed and measure of cracking prevention is put forward.The calculation results show that appropriate insulation of surface temperature and water pipe cooling measures can prevent crack effectively,which provides reference for choice of appropriate temperature control measure to prevention crack in engineering project.
