摘要
为确保220 kV浑河变电所监控系统的可靠、高效运行,将网络技术、通信技术和计算机技术综合应用于变电站自动化系统中,并接入网络。采用基于B/S的三层体系结构,将运行监测与办公管理融为一体,实现了调度管理部门对继电保护信息监测与管理的双重需求。实例应用结果表明,该系统可大幅降低运行人员的劳动强度,为变电站的无人值班奠定了基础。
In order to improve the operation reliability and efficiency of the 220 kV Hunhe substation monitoring system,the technology of network,communications,and computer are comprehensively applied to the substation automation system,which is linked to networks.Based on B/S three-layer architecture,operation monitoring system and office management are integrated to achieve the dual needs of relay protection information monitoring and management for scheduling management department.Results of the application show that the labor intensity for operation staff is greatly reduced.And the implementation and design of monitoring system of the substation lays a solid foundation for unmanned substation.
