Developing MCH Service in Community and Raising Health Level of Women and Children

上海市卢湾区开展“妇幼卫生社区健康服务合作项目”的过程中，结合实施“两级政府，三级管理”，努力探索社区妇幼卫生保健新的管理体制和运行机制，通过多方合作，把妇幼卫生服务与整个社区服务有机结合，努力做到妇幼保健以妇女儿童为本，深入社区，深入家庭，不断提高妇女儿童的健康水平。

In the course of developing 'Cooperative item on MCH service in community', the health departments of Luwan district exerted oneself to seek a new management system and running system of MCH service in community, combining with carring out 'Two levels governments and three levels management'. Through render all manner of help, MCH service has been organicly combined with all community service. In MCH service in comunity, women and children were taken as the centre. MCH service was gone deep into community and family. So that the MCH level has been continually raised now.
