对于KPCB的合伙人周炜来说，选择做VC的生活，注定不轻松。不过，虽然过程经常与风险与困难相伴，但收获同样颇多。

Alone with Beijing Venustech’s listing in June 2010 on Shenzhen Stock Exchange,KPCB received its first domestic exit.The new partner of KPCB Wei ZHOU was the principal of Venustech’s investment."Ringing the bell on the ceremony as a director, I feel very proud." Wei ZHOU said. "It’s lucky that Venustech went public two years later after we invested in it." Wei ZHOU said straightly, "However,doing venture capital investment,portfolio companies went public three or five years later after investing is normal.Maybe some investments failed in midway,but most good projects will survive and develop,this is the charm of venture capital." Wei ZHOU enjoys the process of venture capital very much,he said "Finding great corporations and helping them grow up is an exciting process." From Wei ZHOU joined KPCB in 2007,to becoming partner at the beginning of 2010,then to the listing of Venustech,his achievement in KPCB is notable.May be this is connected to his spirit of finding pleasure in it.
