摘要
分析了动物胚胎冷冻保存的机理,综述了几种常见的动物胚胎冷冻保存方法的研究进展,并对动物胚胎玻璃化冷冻保存技术的发展前景进行了展望。
This paper analyzes the mechanism of animal embryo cryopreservation, displays several methods of animal embryo cryopreservation in detail, and makes a prospect on the progress of the technology of animal embryo vitrification cryopreserva- tion.
