摘要
要提高《食品分析》课程的教学质量,需从思想认识上强调《食品分析》课程的重要性,并认真梳理教学内容、仔细进行课前准备,同时在教学过程中采取灵活多样的教学方式。
In order to improve teaching quality of the course of food analyze, I suggest that teacher should emphasize the importanee of the course of food analyze, settle seriously the content of the course, carefully make the lesson preparation and adopt diverse teaching ways during the teaching process.
