摘要
以氨水为催化剂,以二氨基二苯砜(DDS)为固化剂,采用2步法制备二氧化硅/环氧树脂(SiO2/环氧树脂)杂化材料。分析了正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)用量对SiO2/环氧树脂杂化材料化学结构、力学性能和热性能的影响。结果表明,TEOS的加入没有改变固化物的化学结构。拉伸和弯曲模量均随TEOS用量增加先增加后降低,当TEOS质量分数为5%时,力学性能最佳。热变形温度和玻璃化转变温度均随TEOS的加入有很大程度提高。
The SiO2/epoxy resin hybrid materials were prepared by means of twu-step process and using ammonia as catalyst and 4, 4-diaminobisphenol sulfone (DDS) as curing agent.The effects of tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) amount on the chemical structure,mechanical and thermal properties of the hybrid materials were discussed.Results showed that the addition ofTEOS didn' t change the chemical structure of cured epoxy resin.Both the tensile strength and flexural strength increased firstly and then decreased with increasing mass fraction of TEOS,and the mechanical properties was optimal when the TEOS amount was 5%. Meantime,the heat distortion temperature and glass transition temperature can be improved by addition of TEOS.
