Research on Enterprises Technological Innovation System of Gansu's Industrial Groups Based on the Complexity Theory

随着科学技术日益发展,市场竞争的加剧,技术创新仅凭单个主体的力量已无法驾驭,基于产业群的技术创新模式因规模性、共生性,使得单一的主体突破技术创新阈值,提高企业及地区技术创新能力。产业群技术创新系统是各类智能主体不断相互作用并与环境持续不断地进行物质、能量、信息交流的复杂性过程。以复杂性理论为视角,分析产业群技术创新现状和存在的问题,探讨产业群技术创新机制,提出产业群下提升企业技术创新能力的主要对策。

With the increasing development of science and technology, as well as the fierce competition, it has been beyond the control of a single subject for technological innovation. The model of technology innovation based on industrial clusters makes the single subject to break through technology innovation threshold. To aehieve the technology innovation system under industrial clusters is a complicated systematic project, with interacting of different subjects and iutergradlng of materials, energy and information among environment persistently. This paper, with the complexity theory perspective, analyzed the status quo and problems of Gansu enterprise clusters＇ innovation system, and as a basis, explored the enterprises technological innovation system of industrial clusters, and offered major responses to enhance the capacity of enterprises technology innovation.
