摘要
高校科技创新在其办学和国家经济社会发展中具有重要的地位和作用。探讨了高校科技创新的基本内涵,分析了高校科技创新的主要特点,并结合高校的基本职能和特点,提出了科学推进高校科技创新应坚持的几个原则。
Scientific and technological innovation of universities plays an important role in education and economic and social development of our nation. This paper discusses the basic meaning and analyzes the main charaeteristies of scientific and technological innovation of universities, referring to the basic functions and realities of universities, the paper proposes the principles which should he adhered to promoting the innovation of universities.
