煤炭资源优化配置是我国煤炭产业健康发展所不容忽视的重要主题之一。在分析影响煤炭资源优化配置主要因素的基础上,从可持续发展、新型工业化、产业安全、循环经济、资源监控五个方面提出煤炭资源优化配置评价指标体系,并将逐层序关系分析法和增益型综合分析应用于综合评价,为煤炭资源优化配置的定量评价提供一种可借鉴的方法。

Optimal allocation of coal resource is a major theme that can not be ignored to healthy development of China＇ s coal industry. In the paper, based on the basis to analyze the main factors that affect optimal allocation of coal resource, an evaluation index system of optimal allocation of coal resource is put forward from the view of sustainable development, new - type industrialization, industrial safety, recycling economy, resource monitoring. Also stepwise order relations and comprehensive analysis with gain characteristic are made for a comprehensive evaluation. This is a method that can draw lessons from quantitative evaluation of optimal allocation of coal resource.
