摘要
针对知识资本管理对组织绩效影响较难衡量、不易量化等问题,从员工知识资本的角度出发,采用增量指标的形式对知识资本进行度量。对人力知识资本增量进行离散化,并采用泊松分布进行分析,得出在整体上对企业员工知识资本的增长是否正常的判断方法,以便决策者做进一步决策。通过实例结果对比泊松分布的预期值和实际值,可以看出该方法是可行的。
Intellectual capital management of organizational performance is hard to measure and quantify. From the perspective of employee intellectual capital, we proposed a method to measure intellectual capital in terms of knowledge capital incremental. We discredited the increment of human intellectual capital, and analyzed by means of Poisson distribution, which provided a method to determine whether the growth of the knowledge capital of the employees is proper. An example of comparing the forecasted value of the Poisson distribution and actual values shows the feasibility of this method.
