块状经济是浙江省的经济特色,是浙江省对外贸易发展的重要因素。提升块状经济的国际竞争力,对于促进浙江省对外贸易的持续发展,从而保持浙江省区域经济的稳定发展有着十分重要的作用。鉴于浙江块状经济发展的现状、面临的问题,迫切需要建设一个块状经济发展的动态信息服务系统,同时也需要科技信息服务机构不断创新服务方式,为浙江块状工业经济的发展提供决策、规划、创新服务等提供依据。

As a trait of Zhejiang economy, the regional mass economy has developed rapidly in recent years, which is essential to the standing and fast development of Zhejiang export trade and economy. Promoting the export competitiveness of regional mass economy can boost the provincial economy and help to expand the export trade of Zhjiang province. With the view of the regional mass economy development status, the paper proposes to build a regional mass economy information service system and sci - tech information provider to introduce innovations service mode.
