摘要
为探讨在黄斑裂孔手术中安全有效使用过氟化碳气体(C2F6、C3F8)的方法,对31例黄斑裂孔患者进行玻璃体切割、气液交换、随机分3组分别在不同眼压控制下进行长效气体填充。结果:随访1~4个月,总的解剖成功率为83.9%,术中气泵压力在15~17mmHg下,眼内注射0.6~0.8ml过氟化碳气体,术后眼压基本平稳。高峰期在术后24小时,药物可以控制。
To observe the effective method of using perfluorocarbon gas for treatment of macular hole.We design three methods of using perfluorocarbon gas during vitrectomy for 31 patients(31eyes)The total anatomical success was in 26 of 31 eyes(83 9%)after 1to 4 months of follow up.When the intraocular pressure(IOP)was controled at 15~17mmHg,the perfluorocarbon gas was injected 0 6~0 8ml.The IOP was in normal range in most of time,the peak was at 24 hours after surgery,and it could be controled only by medicine.The intraocular tamponade of perfluorocarbon gas must sure secure volume and effective concentration.
