摘要
在文献检索的基础上,建立了IT项目管理中知识转移影响因素和知识转移过程的实证模型,利用该模型和结构方程分析方法,可以用来分析并验证IT项目管理中对知识转移结果起作用的影响因素。
The paper discussed the factors affecting knowledge transfer in IT project management and established a model based on SEM according to former researches. Using the model and the method of SEM, the paper analyzed and tested the effectiveness of the influence factors and the performance of knowledge transfer.
