摘要
介绍一种全自动玻璃切割机玻璃原片初始位姿的确认方法。该方法通过测量若干位置参数,确定玻璃原片在机床坐标系中的位置和角度,并基于原片的位姿对加工代码进行后置处理,实现玻璃在任何放置角度下的切割。实验结果表明:利用该方法确定玻璃位姿具有较高的精度,实现了玻璃自由放置状态下的自动切割,简化了玻璃定位装置,提高了加工效率,实现了切割过程的全自动化。
A verification method of raw glass initial posture of CNC glass cutting machine was presented. The position and angle in the machine coordinate of the raw glass were determined by measuring some related parameters. The post-processing for machining code was performed based on initial posture of the raw glass, so the auto cutting process could be realized at any posture. The experimental resuits show that the glass posture determined by this method has relatively high precision, and auto cutting at any posture is realized, positioning device for the glass is simplified, machining efficiency is improved and the automated process is realized completely.
