摘要
轧机偏心扰动对轧件轧出厚度的不良影响是各类轧机共存的缺陷。广泛应用的热连轧GM-AGC系统轧制工作中,机架的偏心情况基本处于未知状态,无法对其偏心缺陷的强弱做出及时有效的评估。提出一种轧机机架偏心程度的在线评估方法,以现场机架的实际轧制力作为分析机架偏心程度的基本数据,利用循环统计方法得到表征机架偏心状态的机架偏心量估计序列,分析该序列的短时有效性,在一定时间段内能够实时反映机架的偏心程度,为即时评估轧机的偏心缺陷提供一定的数据参考。
It is the common defect in milers that the roller eccentricity can result in thickness fluctuating. In the GM-AGC rolling system which is widely used, the frame eccentricity status is normally unknown, thus it is difficult to value the eccentricity level. A new method was given to estimate the eccentricity status. Using the frame' s rolling force data as the basic eccentricity measure data, processing it with the cyclic-statistic method, the eccentricity estimating value was gotten. It could represent the real status of eccentricity in some space. The method provides some reference for estimating the eccentricity default.
