摘要
采用976nm半导体激光器为泵浦源,高掺杂Yb3+光纤为增益介质,利用非线性偏转效应实现被动锁模。得到了中心波长为1046nm,光谱宽度为24nm,脉冲宽度为54ps,平均输出功率为93mW的超短脉冲。通过缩短腔长,获得了较高的重复频率,达到41MHz。
976 nm LD pumped laser is used as the pump source and high concentration Yb3+-doped fiber is adopted as gain medium.Using the nonlinear polarization rotation(NPR) effect of the fiber,mode-locked pulse is obtained.The center wavelength of the mode-locked pulse is 1046 nm with 3 dB bandwidth of 24 nm.The pulse duration is 54 ps and the average power is 93 mW.In order to achieve a high fundamental repetition rate,we use a shorter cavity.The fundamental repetition rate reaches 41 MHz.
