摘要 以伺服系统作为核心控制单元开发了一台多普勒测风激光雷达校准仪,得到一个稳定性强、准确性高的速度标准源,从而实现对测风激光雷达系统的自校准、定标。校准仪采用131072脉冲的高分辨率编码器,配以直径为200mm的转盘,其边沿最大速度偏差小于0.4mm/s。电制系统具有启动、停止、试运行及速度显示等功能,利用RS485通信手段可实现上位机对系统进行监控及相关数据分析的功能。 A calibration device for Doppler Wind Lidar has been designed and the servo control system is the key part.The calibration system provides a high stability and a high precision speed standard.Its high resolution encoder with 131072 pulses and corresponding rotating platform with a diameter of 200 mm,has a maximum speed deviation of only 0.4 mm/s.The electronics control system implements the functions of starting,stopping,testing and speed indicating,etc.The upper computer adopts an industrial PC to communicate with the servo controller through RS-485 bus,and thus to get the current speed and other relevant data and set all parameters of the servo controller.
