摘要
为使火控瞄具在高频冲击条件下,能够实现精准的测距能力,本文提出了光轴的平行性调节设计。此设计利用加工工艺和装配工艺上的改进,使多光路结构准确聚焦于远处某一点,同时防止振动冲击后光轴间产生的相对位移,避免了设备的瞄准误差。实验表明,此方案使瞄具达到相当高的测距精度和可靠性,适用于大部分高精度测距光学系统。
In the optical part of a fire control system,the parallelism of the laser and infrared units is a key factor that affects the performance of the system.As the targets are usually tracked with the infrared image,the laser unit′s operation range would degrade dramatically if the laser′s axis of sight deviates from the infrareds′.A reliable and flexible adjusting mechanism is presented in this paper.Optimum design,improved art and craft are utilized in the development,it comes out that multi axis are precisely collimated And the structure is robust against the mobilization,vibration and shock.It is shown that the aiming device has good reliability and stability,which contributes much to the high accuracy of the optical system.
