摘要
本文介绍一座可调速、调压的非循环重力式水洞。该水洞的管流式水平试验段断面为正方形或圆形,最大断面尺寸为250mm×250mm,最大平均流速为22m/s,最低空化数σ(min)≤0.02,经自由声场校正后的背景噪声约为62.5dB,为目前水洞中的最低值。由于该水洞无运行温升、无气泡重溶,也无水质污染及洞壁杂质影响,因而试验数据重复性好,文中重点介绍了应用反调节水柜控制和调整水洞试验段的压力和流速,通过率定后,得水洞各要素的相关族线,解决了重力式水洞准以调节空化数的问题。最后,简述了曾在本水洞做过的一些旋转体试体,及二、三维突体的试验成果。
A water tunnel designed by the writers is described in this paper. The water tunnel has an open Outlet with hoirzontal test section, it is now working satisfactorily. The cross-section of the test section is square or circular, the largest available dimensions are 250mm×250mm, the maximum mean velocity is 22m/s, and the lowest cavitation number is σ_(min)≤0.02. The background noise approximates 62.5 dB after calibrated by free acoustic field, which is lower than usual tunnels. Finally, abrief description on the tests made in this water tunnel is given with measured data, which involve revolved bodies and two and three dimensional obstacles.
