内热式滚动床对神木长焰煤热解提油性能的研究 被引量:10

摘要 研究了神木长焰煤在内热式滚动床内的热解性能。实验表明,滚动床内的轴向温度分布有利于低阶煤的热解提油。在加热燃气低热值为17 890 kJ/m3,热解温度为650℃时,原料煤的热解焦油产率达到8.52%,为葛金焦油产率的75.59%。随热解温度的增加,焦油中脂肪族和芳香族含量有所提高,而极性化合物含量有所降低。在热解温度650℃时,脂肪族和芳香族含量分别为22.6%和39.5%,极性物含量为32.7%。 Investigated the pyrolysis properties of Shenmu long flame coal in inner-heated roll bed.Experimental results indicate that a uniform axial temperature distribution of the rotary bed is favorable to the production of coal tar oil from low grade coal.When the heating value of fuel gas reaches 17 890 kJ/m3 and pyrolysis temperature is at 650 ℃,the yield of coal tar can be up to 8.52% equivalent to 75.59% yield of Gray-King tar oil.The increase of pyrolysis temperature improves the content of aliphatic and aromatic in coal tar oil,but lowers the content of polar compounds.At a pyrolysis temperature of 650 ℃,the aliphatic,aromatic and polar compounds in the oil is 22.6%,39.5% and 32.7%,respectively.
