摘要
本文对电站锅炉运行中存在的漏风问题进行了全面分析。对漏风地点不同对电站锅炉运行的安全性和经济性的影响、漏风率定义的准确涵义进行了深入分析;对某台300MW锅炉的空气预热器进行了热力计算,得出了不同漏风率下对应的出口烟气和空气温度的变化规律;总结了对于不同位置的漏风的防治措施,对电站锅炉的安全运行及节能降耗具有指导意义。
In this paper the air leaking problems in power plant are fully analyzed. Different air leaking place has different influence to boiler＇ s safety and economics. The air leaking rating are exactly defined. Based on themo - calculation to air preheater, the rule of the smoke and air＇ s temperature from the exit of air preheater are concluded. At last, the methods to prevent and alleviate the leaking are summed up. This paper is meaningful to guide the running of the power plant.
