摘要
从某电厂末级再热器管屏变形受损情况入手,简要介绍了600MW亚临界锅炉末再管屏的结构特点,并基于管屏的结构特点,深入分析了其在正常运行及启停炉过程中的热膨胀机理,阐明了该电厂锅炉末再管屏变形的原因及处理结果。
Contrapose to the finishing RH panel＇ s distortion, this paper introduces the structure of the finishing RH panel of 600WM subcritical boiler in brief,based on that ,analyse the panel＇s expanding when heated ,and deeply researches the causation of the finishing RH panel＇ s distortion, then gives the resolvent of the problem.
