摘要
在锅炉制造行业中,机械精度设计是保障整个锅炉制造顺利完成的重要环节。本论文针对Q119型管子切断机的加工精度低等问题进行深入讨论,同时对其夹紧机构进行改造来满足机械的精度要求,并且给出了详细的设计说明。改造后的管子切断机机械精度明显提高,满足生产要求,同时大大减少不必要的生产材料损耗。
In the area of manufacturing boiler, the mechanical accuracy design is very important for its guarantee of the whole boiler manufacturing going on wheels. In this paper we first study the reason of low process accuracy of pipe cutting machine (Q119) and improve on the structure of clip tight organization. The results show that it enhances the machine accuracy markedly and reduce the waste of materials.
