眼眶及眶周疼痛的病因分析

An analysis of etiology for orbital and periorbital pains

目的分析引起眼眶及眶周疼痛的病因。方法对１９９３～１９９６年间以眼眶及眶周疼痛为主诉来我院就诊的１３８例病例进行分析。结果引起眼眶及眶周疼痛的眼眶病可大致分为：血管畸形，炎症，肿瘤，海绵窦－眶上裂病变。结论病因分析结果对医师诊断和鉴别诊断与眶周疼痛有关的疾病具有重要的参考价值。

Objective To analyze the etiology of orbital and periorbital pain. Methods An assessment was made of 138 patients with a history of orbital and periorbital pain who had come to our hospital from 1993 to 1996. Results The etiology of the pain can be classified into four major categories:vascular malformation,inflammation,tumor,cavernous sinus and superior orbital fissure lesions. Conclusion This classification of etiology provides doctors with important information that can be helpful in the diagnosis and differentiation of orbital disease with orbital and periorbital pains.
