基于覆盖件成形结果的整车碰撞精细仿真

Research on fine simulation for crash of complete car based on forming results of auto panels

摘要 为提高整车碰撞仿真的精度,提出将车身吸能冲压件的成形结果加载到碰撞模型的精细仿真方法。结合某新车型的整车碰撞试验,介绍了将整车碰撞常规仿真模型,通过加载车身冲压件的成形结果,成为符合要求的整车碰撞精细仿真的模型原理、方法,以及整车碰撞精细仿真的流程。试验结果证明,整车碰撞精细仿真的结果更接近于实车碰撞。 In order to improve auto crash simulation precision, the way for fine simulation of crash with forming results of auto- body panel as initial condition by mapping was proposed. With the crash test of a new car model, the method to turn the conventional simulation model of crash into the fine simulation model of crash through loading the forming results of auto-body stamping was Introduced. It shows that the results of fine simulation of crash is more closer to that of real car collision.
