摘要
根据汽车覆盖件冲压成形过程中滑移线的产生机理,在有限元增量法模拟板料变形过程的基础上,假设板料变形过程中,板料上的物质点在单元面积坐标系中的坐标值不变,逐步跟踪滑移线产生与终止过程中的材料流动过程,在FASTAMP后处理系统中实现了滑移线的预测功能。算法计算效率和计算精度较高,为预测汽车覆盖件滑移线缺陷提供了参考,减少了传统模具制造的反复试模过程,提高了生产效率。
According to the generating mechanism of slip line, and on the basis of the sheet metal deformation process with finite element incremental method simulation, it's supposed that the coordinate value of mass point on the sheet in the elemental area coordinate system kept constant. Through the comparison of the location of current indentation and initial indentation by tracking the material flow process step by step, the prediction of slip line was achieved in FASTAMP-POST system. The efficiency and accuracy of the algorithm are comparatively higher. The method providing reference for prediction of slip line on automobile panels reduces much time spending on repeating test process in traditional die manufacturing, and improves productivity.
