摘要
采用爆炸焊接的方法制备复合板后,复合板的低温冲击性能发生剧烈的下降,文章针对这一现象,采用金相检验、扫描电镜分析和透射电镜分析法,对爆炸复合前后复合板的微观组织进行对比。结果表明,爆炸焊接后,复合板晶粒内部产生了大量的位错团,使材料晶粒内部位错密度升高,从而导致材料的低温冲击性能下降。为改善复合板冲击性能,采用热处理方式,使复合板晶粒内部的位错密度大大下降,复合板低温冲击性能得到明显改善。
The impact property of the clad plate decreased obviously after prepared by explosive welding. The microstructure of the material before and after explosive welding were investigated employing optical microscope (OM), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). The results indicate that mass of dislocation in large quantities emerge in the grain of the material after explosive welding, so increases and the impact property of material decreases distinctly. Employing suitable heat treatment, the density of dislocation in the grain can be decreased and the impact property of the clad plate under low temperature can be increased obviously.
