微晶白云母的脱硅工艺研究

Study of Desiliconization Process in Micro-crystal Muscovite

以川西地区微晶白云母为原料,主要研究了在不同的煅烧温度、保温时间、NaOH的浸出浓度、浸出时间、固液比等一系列条件对微晶白云母脱硅效果的影响,得出了最佳的脱硅条件,使硅铝比有了一定程度的提高。

Desiliconization process in micro-crystal muscovite in west Sichuan was studied.There were some effect factors,including roasting temperature and its holding time,concentration of NaOH,leaching time and the ration of liquid and solid.The optimum reaction condition was found and the ratio of Al/Si was improved to a certain extent.
