碳排放成本对我国石油供应链超额利润获取影响研究——基于夏普利博弈模型的分析 被引量:8

摘要 文章指出,集团控制与协作是我国石油供应链最主要的特点,协作使我国石油供应链获得超额收益,将多个独立的石油生产环节纳入一个集团控制之下,使我国石油供应链收益大幅提升。然而低碳经济下,受碳排放成本影响,我国石油供应链传统获利模式受到挑战,超额利润会随碳排放成本的增加而减少。为推动我国石油供应链发展,使石油供应链重获持续竞争力,石油供应链企业应充分利用现有资源优势,积极进行低碳技术和新能源开发与转化,推动低碳经济发展。而我国政府应配合石油供应链转型,制定推动低碳经济发展的各项政策,在通过加征环境税等形式对高能耗行业施以惩罚的同时,为企业制定明确的新能源开发计划,综合利用财政、税收政策协助企业转型。 Group control and coordination is one of the characteristics of China's oil supply chain.Coordination makes China's oil supply chain to obtain excess profit and making several independent oil production sections under the control of one group will help increase the profit of oil supply chain significantly.The Low-carbon economy brings new opportunity and challenge to Chinese oil supply chain.In this paper,based on analysis to features of Chinese oil supply chain,the authors construct a oil supply chain structure model;and for the first time,they analyze the way,that collectivize operating,to get excess profit of oil supply chain,based on Shapley game model;and then the authors innovatively introduce the carbon emission cost to game model,through model developing,discuss the influence of carbon emission cost to the excesses profit getting of oil supply chain.In this paper the authors think that,influenced by Low-carbon economy,the traditional getting profit model of Chinese oil supply chain was challenged;their excess profit would be reduced with the increasing of carbon emission cost.So the authors think,for making oil supply chain getting sustainable competitive ability,they should research Low-carbon technologies and develop new energies.
