摘要
通过提供延迟支付的方式进行支付货款是一种供应链内部融资模式。本文考虑由供应商和零售商组成两阶段供应链的延迟付款模型,结合供应商和零售商的资金收益率,对两者之间的批发价格契约进行论证,讨论了供应链整体效益,分析延迟付款风险影响因素、规避与产生风险后的处理方法。
By means of providing delayed payment is a kind of supply chain internal financing mode.In this paper,we consider two-stage supply chain of delayed payment model with supplier and retailer components.Combining with suppliers and retailers funds yields,we discuss the wholesale price of contract and the whole supply chain efficiency,analysis deferred payment risk factors,avoiding and treatments methods after risk production.
