摘要
富士康公司连续发生的员工自杀事件,彰显当前我国劳动关系中员工普遍面临压力过大的问题,这些问题的产生既有社会背景因素,也存在着用人单位管理不善以及员工抗压心理不成熟的因素。为了减缓员工的工作压力,国家应在社会保障、住房等方面给员工提供有利的条件,用人单位应采取更人性化的手段进行管理,员工也要调整心态以有效应对工作压力。
This author believes that,the successive suicides in Foxconn reveal the excess pressure facing employees in China's current labor relations.Causes for these problems include the social environment,the employers' imperfect management and the employees' not mature psychology.To alleviate the employees' pressure,the government should give them more support in terms of social security and housing;the employers should make the management to be more humanization;and the employees should adjust their psychology to cope with the pressure.
