摘要
采用焙烧法对添加氯化钙和氯化钠混合助剂的钾长石体系进行动力学实验,结果表明,改变反应温度、助剂用量和钾长石粒度,分解反应过程符合Ginstling-Brundshtein动力学方程,根据Arrhenius经验公式,求得分解反应表观活化能为58.6 kJ/mol,比氯化钙体系降低68.34 kJ/mol,比氯化钠体系降低22.82 kJ/mol,表明采用氯化钙和氯化钠混合助剂能有效降低反应体系的表观活化能,提高反应速率。
Kinetic experiments on decomposing potassium feldspar to extract potassium by calcination with the composite additive made of CaCl2 and NaCI was carried out. The results showed that the kinetic experimental data fit the Ginstling-Bmndshtein kinetic model in spite of the change of reaction temperatures, dosages of additive and particle sizes of K - feldspar. In addition, the apparent activation energy of the mixed system, 58.6 kJ/mol, was calculated according to the Arrhenius empirical formula, which was 68.34 kJ/mol lower than the calcium chloride system and 22.82 kJ/mol lower than the sodium chloride system. It showed that the apparent activation ener- gy of the reaction system would decrease and the reaction rate would increase by adding the mixed additive of CaCl2 and NaCI.
