摘要
教师职业活动的独特性决定了教师专业的内生性。中职教师与普通高中教师因职业活动的差异,决定了他们专业性的差异。根据中等职业教育的培养目标、教育对象与教师的职业活动,中职教师的专业性是实践型的,实践性是中职教师的专业特质。
The professionalism of teachers is endogenous and determined by their professional activities.Professionalism of secondary vocational school teachers is different from general high school teachers because their professional activities are different.According to its cultivation objectives,educational objects and professional activities,the professionalism of secondary vocational school teachers is practice-based,and practicality is its professional characteristics.
