摘要
智能组件是高压开关设备智能化的核心部件,由承担不同功能的多个智能电子装置(IED)集合而成。要实现高压开关设备的智能化功能,各IED之间,IED与高压开关设备操动机构之间,IED与相关高级应用系统之间有关测量、控制、监测的信息流必须进行很好的设计。笔者提出了智能高压开关设备的信息流设计方案,该方案可用于智能高压开关设备的产品研发。
The intelligent component is the core of the high voltage switchgear which is assembled by a number of intelligent electronic devices(IED) with different functions. The information flows about measuring, controlling, monitoring data between IEDs, between IED and the components of the switchgear, and between IED and advanced application systems should be well designed to take on the intelligent functions. This paper presented an information flow scheme designed for smart high voltage switchgear. The scheme can be applied to develop a smart HV switchgear.
