纠正型大血管错位合并心内畸形的外科治疗

Surgical treatment of cardiac anomalies associated with corrected transposition of the great vessels

目的总结手术治疗罕见心脏畸形———纠正型大血管错位合并心内畸形的经验。方法分析１９９１年２月至１９９８年２月外科治疗的纠正型大血管错位１８例。结果２例死于手术后低心排，１６例痊愈出院。结论虽然纠正型大血管错位的解剖变异很大，但只要掌握其特殊性并选择合适的术式，仍能取得较为满意的治疗结果。

Objective To review the experience of surgical treatment of intracardiac anomalies associated with corrected transposition of the great vessels (CTGV), a relatively rare congenital heart anomaly. Methods Retrospective review identified 18 consecutive patients treated surgically for CTGV from February 1991 to February 1998. Results There were 2 deaths due to postoperative low cardiac output and 16 were cared. Conclusions Although CTGV can significantly complicate the surgical management of the associated anomalies, select appropriate surgical procedure would give rise to satisfactory outcome.
