摘要
本试验在特定组成(玉米、豆粕、玉米蛋白粉、DDGS和棉籽粕)的肉小鸡日粮中分别添加两种不同复合酶制剂(复合酶A和复合酶B),通过胃蛋白酶-胰酶两步法体外模拟消化技术,评估两种复合酶对肉小鸡饲料黏度和能量的影响;同时分别以添加这两种不同复合酶(复合酶A 200 g/t配合料,复合酶B 300 g/t配合料)的日粮饲喂肉小鸡,比较两种复合酶对肉小鸡生产性能的影响,以期为酶制剂对饲料作用效果的预测提供试验依据。结果表明,通过体外模拟消化法,饲料中添加复合酶B对饲料能量的改善程度优于添加复合酶A,肉鸡饲养试验中则表现为肉小鸡日增重和饲料转化率得到明显改善。
A broiler starter diet supplemented with two different compound enzymes(Enzyme A and Enzyme B) were subjected to a two-stage in vitro digestion assay to compare the effect of enzymes on digesta viscosity and improvement of energy.Meanwhile,a feeding experiment was conducted to compare the effect of the two enzymes(Enzyme A 200 g/t feed,and Enzyme B 300 g/t feed) on the performance of broilers.Results indicated that enzyme B could improve the energy of diets in vitro assay,and improve the daily gain and feed conversion ratio of broilers in the feeding experiment.
