摘要
微小RNA(microRNA)是一类长约22个(17~25个)核苷酸的非编码的单链RNA分子,广泛存在于真核生物中,在物种之间具有系统进化上的高度保守性、时序性和组织特异性。MicroRNA通过直接剪切靶信使RNA(mRNA),或者通过完全/不完全与靶mRNA3’非翻译区互补结合抑制靶mRNA的翻译,
