摘要
研究了一种混合型多属性决策方法,用于多资源模型的供应商选择问题,并将供应商选择过程分为2个阶段.首先用熵系数模型确定评价指标的客观权重,利用逼近理想解排序法模型排定方案优劣次序;然后建立多目标规划模型确定采购数量在入选供应商之间的分配;最后给出了一个算例,算例结果表明该方法可行且有效.
A hybrid multi-attribute decision-making method is studied, which is applied to the supplier selection problem of more resources for a single product, and the supplier selection process is divided into two stages. Firstly, evaluation indexes weight are identified with entropy coefficient model, and the suppliers' order is obtained according to the technique for preference by similarity to ideal solution model. Then a multi-objective planning model is constructed to identify the allocation of the procurement number between selected suppliers. Finally, experiment results show that the decision-making method proposed is effective and feasible.
