摘要 提出了电网阶段脆弱性概念,将故障后系统经历的暂态稳定、潮流响应、发电再调度3个演化过程作为脆弱性分析阶段,从暂态能量聚集和线路输电裕度角度建立各阶段脆弱深度与广度指标。算法从有功平衡角度出发,突出故障后电网演化各阶段脆弱特点的关键矛盾,可用于识别各阶段脆弱关键线路与重要断面脆弱性水平。新英格兰10机39节点系统算例验证了算法的有效性。结合四川大学开发的电力调度可视化平台展示了电网阶段脆弱性可视化预警,为运行人员掌握电网阶段动态特征提供了新工具。 A concept of power grid stage vulnerability is given. Taking the three evolution processes that a post-disturbance power grid must experience, namely transient stability, power flow response and re-scheduling of power generation, as vulnerability analysis stages, a set of indices to describe the depth and breadth of vulnerability is established in the viewpoint of transient energy accumulation and power transmission margin respectively. According to active power balance, the proposed algorithm, which gives prominence to the key issues of vulnerability features of during different stages of a post-disturbance power grid, can be used to recognize the vulnerable key transmission lines and the vulnerability level of important tie-lines. The effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is verified by calculation results of New England 10-machine 39-bus system. As a new tool for power grid operators to master dynamic features of power grid under different operation conditions, the proposed method is integrated with visualized power dispatching platform developed by Sichuan University, to offer alert visualization information for stage vulnerability of power grid.
