摘要 大容量的FACTS装置存在造价高、功耗大、电磁干扰强等问题,实际应用中装置的补偿容量有限。当系统所需的补偿容量大于装置的补偿能力时,如何选择合适的补偿策略达到最优的补偿效果,在装置的实用化过程中有着重要的作用。介绍了差异化级联型电流质量调节装置的设计原理和多个补偿功能,将装置补偿方案的选择和其补偿能力相结合,主要讨论了在装置补偿容量不足的情况下,几种补偿方法的优劣。提出将遗传算法应用到装置的补偿策略中,优化分配装置多个补偿目标的补偿容量,达到多目标协调优化的方法。并通过实际算例,验证了该方法的优越性。 Due to evident defects of high-capacity FACTS devices such as high manufacturing cost, high power loss and causing strong electromagnetic interference, the compensation capacity of actually applied FACTS device is restricted. When the compensation capacity demanded by power grid is larger than that of the compensation device, how to choose appropriate compensation strategy to achieve optimal compensation effect is significant for practical utilization of compensation devices. The design principle and compensation functions of differentiated cascaded current quality regulation device are presented. Combining the compensation strategy selection with its compensating capability, the merits and demerits of several compensating methods under insufficient compensation capacity are analyzed. It is propose to apply genetic algorithm (GA) in compensating strategy of compensation devices to optimally allocate compensation capacity for different compensating objects to achieve the aim of multi-object coordinative optimization. The availability of the proposed method is verified by practical example.
