摘要
目的：建立注射用头孢曲松钠的含量测定方法。方法：以水、乙醇为混合溶剂，用旋光法测定注射用头孢曲松钠的含量。结果：平均回收率９９９４ ％ ， Ｒ Ｓ Ｄ＝ ０４７ ％ ，线性范围５ ～２５ｍｇ／ｍｌ。结论：本法简便、快速、准确，适于该制剂的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE:To establish an accurate method for the determination of ceftriaxone sodiurm for injection.METHODS:To determinate the content of ceftriaxone sodium for injection by polarimeter.RESULTS:The recovery was 99.94%.The relative standard deviation was 0.47%.The linear range was 5～25mg/ml.CONCLUSION:The method was convenient,rapid,accurate and suitable as assay of the preparation.
