摘要
为深入研究数字化变电站过程层数字采样特性及其对继电保护的影响,以及主要厂商最新设备的性能和相互配合情况,国家电网仿真中心电力系统动态模拟实验室结合500 kV桂林数字化变电站实际配置,搭建了数字化变电站试验环境,并针对过程层数字采样进行了动态模拟试验。文中介绍了本次试验的模型系统、参试装置、过程层组网方式、主要试验项目及试验结果。对试验中出现的几个典型问题进行了描述、分析和探讨。通过解决试验中出现的问题,设备厂商之间达到一定程度的统一,这说明系统级动模试验能有效提高各类智能电子设备(intelligent electronic device,IED)间的互操作能力,并为智能变电站技术的规范化发展提供必要的试验手段和宝贵的调试经验。
To research the performance of digital sampling in process layer of digital substation and its influence on protective relayings as well as to make the performance of the latest devices of main manufacturers clear and to master the interworking between digital sampling and these devices, based on actual configuration of 500 kV Guilin digital substation, the power system dynamic simulation laboratory of State Grid Corp. of China (SGCC) constructs a testing environment of digital substation and performs dynamic simulation tests on digital sampling in process layer. In this paper, the models, the devices taking part in the tests, networking mode of process layer, main test items and test results are presented. Several typical problems appear in the tests are described, analyzed and discussed. Through the solution of problem appeared in the tests, the common view among manufacturers achieves in a certain extent, it shows that the dynamic simulation test in system level can effective improve the interoperation ability among various kinds of intelligent electronic devices (IEDs), and offer powerful testing manners and valuable commissioning experiences.
