五灵脂化学成分的研究Ⅰ

Studies on the chemical constituents of Faces Trogopterus

目的：研究五灵脂（ＦａｃｅｓＴｒｏｇｏｐｔｅｒｕｓ）的化学成分。方法：利用柱层析色谱法，从五灵脂中分离出２０个化合物，并根据理化性质和光谱技术，对其中６个化合物进行了结构鉴定。结果：６个化合物分别为正二十七烷（Ⅰ）、二氢谷甾醇（Ⅱ）、表木栓醇（Ⅲ）、β谷甾醇（Ⅳ）、乌索酸（Ⅴ）、胡萝卜苷（Ⅵ）。结论：除乌索酸外，其余化合物均系首次从五灵脂中获得。

OBJECTIVE: To study the constituents of Faces Trogopterus. METHODS: The constituents were separated and purified by using column chromatgraphy with silica gel.These compounds were identfied by their physical and spectral data. RESULTS: Twenty componuds were isolated and six of them were identified as nheptacosanestigmastanolfriedelansitosterolursolic aciddauosterol CONCLUSION: It is the first time to isolate the above compounds from Faces Trogopterus except ursolic acid.
