摘要
目的:为控制牛黄蛇胆川贝液的质量,建立了人工牛黄、蛇胆汁及薄荷脑的鉴别及总胆酸含量测定方法。方法:鉴别采用TLC方法,总胆酸的含量测定采用紫外分光光度法。结果:胆酸浓度在0.004~0.02mg·ml-1之间线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9996,回收率为98.95%,RSD=1.34%。结论:本法简便、准确、灵敏,重现性好,可用于牛黄蛇胆川贝液的质量控制。由本法测定结果表明,6批样品的总胆酸含量差异明显。
OBJECTIVE: To control the quality of Niuhuang Shedan Chuanbei Ye,the identification method of artificial cowbezoar,Shedan Zhi,menthol and the contene determination of total cholic acid in the samples were established. METHODS: TLC method was selected to identify artificial cowbezoar,Shedan Zhi and menthol.UV was used to determine the content of total cholic acid. RESULTS: For cholic acid,the linear ranged over 0.0040.02mgml-1 with r=0.9996,the average recovery was 98.95% with RSD=1.34%. CONCLUSION :The methods were proved to be simple,precise sensitive and reproducible.It can be used for the quality control of Niuhuang Shedan Chuanbei Ye.The results showed that the differences of contents of total cholic acid in 6 samples were significant.
