摘要
目的:研究泮托拉唑钠的合成方法。方法:以5二氟甲氧基2巯基1H苯并咪唑和2氯甲基3,4二甲氧基吡啶盐酸盐为原料,经缩合,氧化,成盐三步反应合成泮托拉唑钠。结果:所选路线制备泮托拉唑的总产率为772%,结构经IR,UV,NMR和元素分析确证。结论:所选路线简便易行,是合成泮托拉唑钠的较好方法。
OBJECTIVE: To study on the synthesis of pantoprazole sodium METHODS: Pantoprazole sodium was synthesized from 5difluoromethoxy2mercapto1Hbenzimidazole and 2chloromethyl3,4dimethoxypyrdine hydrochloride RESULTS: The total yield of synthetic pantoprazole sodium was 772% The final product was identified by IR, UV, MS and NMR, respectively CONCLUSION: It is a better way to prepare pantoprazole sodium with a relative high yield
