摘要早产儿视网膜病变（retinopathy of prematurity，ROP）是一种增殖性视网膜病变，其特征为视网膜缺血、新生血管形成，临床上可造成视网膜变性、并发白内障、继发性青光眼、视网膜脱离等多种严重并发症。我科2009年2月～2010年3月对108例早产儿采用RetCamⅡ数字视网膜照相机进行眼底检查。现将筛查过程中的护理配合报告如下。
