心肌缺血/再灌注期间硒拮抗氧自由基产生的研究

摘要 目的:探讨补硒后硒拮抗氧自由基产生的效果及其对某些微量元素的影响。方法:用硫代巴比妥酸法测心肌丙二醛(MDA)含量,用二硫代二硝基苯甲酸法(DTNB)测谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPx)活性,用石墨炉法测Se含量,用火焰法测Mg、Ca含量。结果:补硒后大鼠心肌GSHPx,Se,Mg含量均有所升高,MDA,Ca有所降低。有机硒组主要影响GSHPx,Ca;无机硒主要影响Mg,以再灌注期更明显。结论:补硒后通过升高心肌GSHPx活性、Mg含量,减轻Ca超载,可能是抗自由基损伤的重要机制。 BJECTIVE: To investigate the antagonizing effect of selenium (Se) to the production of oxide free radical and the impact to some trace elements after Se taken METHODS: To determinate of MDA contents by TBA,GSHPx activity by DTNB,Se content by graphite furnace assay,Mg2+ content and Ca2+ content by flame assay,respectivelyT5HZRESULTS: Rat cardiac muscle GSHPx activity,Se2+ and Mg2+ were increased after Se taken,while MDA and Ca2+ contents were decreased.GSHPx and Ca2+ were mainly influenced in organic Se group,while Mg2+ was mainly influenced in inorganic Se group,especially during reperfusion period. CONCLUSION: The increase of GSHPx activity and Ca2+ content and the decrease of Ca2+ through Se taken may be involved in the mechanism of Se antagonizing to free radical damage in cardiac muscle in rats.
