“报复”、“安全阀”效应与发展中国家对外反倾销

"Revenge" and "Safety Valve" Effect of Developing Countries' Anti-dumping

摘要 笔者利用1980-2008年29个发展中国家对外反倾销的面板数据,发现"报复"和"安全阀"效应对发展中国家对外反倾销有明显影响。生存分析显示,关税消减程度较大的发展中国家会比关税消减程度较小的发展中国家更早提出反倾销;Logistic分析显示,遭受反倾销数增多和关税降低会使发展中国家对外反倾销的风险显著增加。
