摘要
以相同的工况条件,在600℃、650℃和700℃三种温度下,实测了18种热作模具钢,包括16类性能的数以万计的性能数据,并进行了模具的失效分析和失效类型统计,以及部分模具钢的同种模具使用寿命对比考核。在此科研成果的基础上,得到下列公式可对中、小型机锻模进行选材:S1=[37×(100/G+F/9)+16×(H4B)+12K+06A]/16———以压塌和磨损失效为主的模具。
Thousands data of 18 types various hotwork die steels were obtained by test on the same service conditions at temperature of 600,650,and 700.Failure analysis and statistics for the failure types were carried out,and the service life of the same dies made of some die steels were compared,therefore,the calculation formulas for materials selection of mdium and smallscale press dies were obtained as follows:S1=K+06A]/16for dies failed mainly in the forms of collapse and wear.S2= /12for dies failed mainly in the forms of crazing and cracking.
